Blog #38 - Ora is Introduced

Ora is played by Olivia. Originally, this scene was going to be shorter. It was meant to show a quick and quiet experience of Colia actually coming to somebody. I explained how I wanted to show their relationship. Ora is supposed to be represented as Colias bestfriend. She is what Colia knows as a safe space. She feels confident enough to tell Colia about how she is feeling. The scene was supposed to be quick, however, I added a few things. 

I made the scene longer, along with adding dialouge and more camera shots. The location and setting is also new. This was added to show that the scene is more important. It is Colia finally taking the first step in the right direction of getting help. To show Oras importance to Colia I added dialouge. Ora says "you know, its okay to talk to somebody". This was to add a foreshadowing to the next scene. The scene that follows after this is the therapy scene. This showing Oras importance because Colia takes her advice and goes to therapy.
