Blog #35 - Acting skills (bloopers)

 Briana is my main actor as she plays Colia. I predicted that she would represent Colia great. So far, we have done 80% of filming. Briana has done perfect. For filming we have ran into some issues. However, she is very patient and would suggest alternatives to improve my movie. A few errors include, busy schedules, working, staying serious, the mirror in the bathroom, and consistently switching what I want to do. 

As I have mentioned previously, Briana and I both work. This makes it diffuclt to plan on when we can film. We also have school and different situations that come up. Briana has been very patient and understanding. Along with me giving her a diffuclt role. When filiming something with anxiety, panick attacks, and seriousness its hard not to laugh. Many of my clips I have filmed needed alot of retakes due to laughing. Now, Briana does pull through everytime. Even though she feels silly doing it, she knows its important to me and this project, so she does it. Her acting is believable and she shows how I wanted Colia to be played. 

For the mirror in the bathroom, we had to keep readjusting because my phone or I would get in the mirror. For the bathroom scene I wanted to show Briana through the mirror. I do however have multiple mirrors in my bathroom. She suggested different angles that way I could successfully achieve the scene I wanted. I also tend to second guess myself and my scenes. Oftenly confusing Briana. Even then she still is patient and does it anyway. Even if I dont use the footage, Briana says it cant hurt to have it just incase I change my mind.
